Vince Vaughn and Co. Create Stock Photos To Promote ‘Unfinished Business’

I’ve gotta admit, I have some stock in this game. Unfinished Business, which comes out this Friday, March 6th, is a film I worked on back in 2013 while I was an intern at Escape Artists. But that doesn’t make this newest promotional effort any less AWESOME. Unfinished Business sees Vince Vaughn, Dave Franco, and Tom Wilkinson take their small business to Europe to compete against a giant company for a contract. The giant company is Vaughn’s former employer, hence the title of the film. To promote the film, Twentieth Century Fox teamed up with iStock by Getty Images to

Comic Book Heroes Mixed with Mythology!

Hey everyone! Welcome to the first complete edition of The Drawing Board here on the SourceFed website. Like we said last week, we’re really excited about this format and we hope you are too. This week’s theme was Comic Book Heroes Mixed with Mythology. We had some pretty kick ass designs for this so without further ado, LET’S TAKE A LOOK! These first three all come from Ioannis Hadjikyriakou. The Speedy Messenger Well done. The Flash here is running through Centropolis, which, along with the S.T.A.R. temple, are a great couple of nods toward The Flash’s mythology. The circular stitching

G4 Canceling Attack of the Show! and X-Play

G4 Canceling Attack of the Show! and X-Play

So, it’s official. G4 has officially announced that they are canceling their flagship shows, Attack of the Show! and X-Play. The network had previously announced that they were going to be moving in a more mature direction, with Variety reporting back in September that the channel would become “more ‘GQ’.” The Huffington Post is now reporting that the network could possibly be renamed “G4Men”. Whatever it ends up being called, the following is clear: It will no longer be videogame/tech focused.

Although the departures of Adam Sessler and Kevin Pereira earlier this year marked the end of G4 for many, there are droves of loyal fans who will be sad to see both shows go. I know that I, as a young college student, looked to X-Play (and to Morgan Webb, specifically) as an inspiration to start my own career in videogame journalism. Through all the cast changes and show reformats (remember way back when X-Play had hilarious skits?!), the unique connection each show offered to viewers is something often imitated, but never truly duplicated.

I have, in the last few years, been in two very unique positions that allowed me to see and get to know many of those behind (and in front of) the camera at G4 and I can easily say I met some of the most amazing souls there and I know they’ll go on to do great things. As my way of saying thanks to all those made these shows possible over the years, I’d like to leave you with what I still consider to be one of the single greatest moments in television history: The Hot Sauce Mega Dare.
