A tv station in San Francisco claimed to have gotten the scoop on the names of the 4 pilots who manned the tragic Asiana Airlines flight.
Unfortunately, the anchor didn’t take the time to check the names before reading them on air. Even worse, neither did the news station’s graphic designer, script writer, or show runner. The anchorwoman read, much to her shame, the following names while broadcasting live:
